Free standard delivery Australia-wide on this Innerlight sauna. Standard delivery is kerbside; installation is separate. Shipping charges may still apply to other products in a mixed order.
Choose traditional hot-stone heat or an infrared session in one outdoor cabin. The Demfin 6 Hybrid combines two heating systems with a Western Red Cedar interior and two-tier L-shaped seating.

Plan the electrical connection
Give your electrician the current hybrid installation manual before work begins. The current model has one power cable. The 6,000 W traditional heater and 5,130 W infrared system operate separately and never run at the same time. Have your electrician confirm the circuit against the supplied unit and installation manual.
Prepare a hard, level, well-drained base and allow for the roof, door opening, assembly and service access. Inspect exterior seals as part of ongoing care.
Is WiFi included?
App control is included on the current hybrid model. Confirm the supplied controls and installation requirements in your quote.

Care and warranty conditions
Keep the cabin on a hard, level, well-drained base. Use towels on the seating, clean according to the manual and allow the cabin to dry after use. On outdoor models, inspect window and door seals every 12–18 months and renew outdoor-grade silicone when needed. Natural timber ageing, neglected seals, standing-water damage and incorrect installation are excluded from the manufacturer warranty.
Manufacturer warranty
For home use, Innerlight’s current warranty policy lists 10 years for the frame, structure and outdoor floor; 3 years for electrics, infrared panels and wiring; 2 years for the Harvia heater; and 12 months for speakers. Labour and shipping are covered for the first 12 months; subsequent cover is parts only. Commercial or shared use carries 12 months from delivery. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an electrician to install a sauna?
Yes — all electric saunas require a dedicated hardwired circuit installed by a licensed electrician. You will need a minimum 32A circuit breaker (we recommend 40A) with an RCD safety switch. This is a straightforward job for any qualified sparky and typically takes 2–3 hours. We will send you the full electrical specifications sheet before delivery so you can brief your electrician in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary by product and your location. Australian metro areas typically receive delivery within 3–10 business days from order confirmation. Regional and rural areas may take longer. Your estimated arrival date is shown on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How is it delivered?
Your sauna or cold plunge is delivered by a professional freight carrier directly from the supplier's Australian warehouse. Delivery is to your kerb or garage — it does not include carry-in, assembly, or installation. We recommend having 2–3 people available on delivery day to assist with moving the flat-pack components to your installation location.
What base does it need — concrete, pavers, or a deck?
Your sauna needs a firm, level, waterproof base. Concrete slabs, pavers on compacted base, and structurally sound elevated timber decks all work well. The base must be perfectly level — even a slight slope affects door alignment and long-term structural integrity. We recommend checking with a builder or landscaper if you are unsure about your surface before ordering.
Do you offer installation services?
Professional assembly can be arranged for many of our products and delivery locations through our supplier and installer network. Availability and pricing depend on the selected model, postcode, site access, base preparation and installation conditions.
NORD SAUNAS can coordinate product selection, technical documentation, delivery and, where available, professional assembly. Licensed electrical, plumbing and site-preparation work must be completed separately by appropriately qualified local trades.

What is your return policy?
Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are assessed case by case. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, we will work with you and the supplier to arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you. For change of mind returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return freight costs apply and products must be unassembled and in original packaging.
