Where We Ship

Nord Saunas delivers across continental Australia. Whether you are in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, or a regional area, we are equipped to get your order to you safely and on time. At this stage, we do not ship to international locations or offshore territories.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms that your order has been received and is being reviewed by our team. If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock or requires additional lead time, we will contact you directly — with a clear explanation and a revised timeline — before proceeding.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. For larger items such as sauna cabins, cold plunge systems, and outdoor installations, this time allows us to coordinate with our suppliers and ensure your order is correctly prepared, inspected, and booked with the appropriate freight service. We do not rush this step. Getting your order right matters more than getting it out the door quickly.


Shipment Notification and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking details. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team and we will follow up immediately.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date of purchase. Remote and regional areas may require additional transit time. Freight deliveries for large items such as saunas and cold plunge tubs are typically kerbside. Our team will advise you in advance if any specific arrangements are required on your end.


Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of trusted Australian freight and logistics partners, including StarTrack, Toll, Allied Express, and specialist pallet freight carriers for oversized items. The carrier assigned to your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment. All deliveries are fully tracked and insured.


Delays and Exceptions

While we work hard to meet every estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to high freight volumes, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather events. If your order is affected by a delay, we will contact you proactively with an update — you will never be left wondering where your order is. We appreciate your patience and will always work to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
