NUVIE Fusion Hybrid Sauna & Ember Ice Bath Package

Traditional barrel-sauna character, modern infrared flexibility and a temperature-controlled plunge. The NUVIE Fusion and Ember package combines a hybrid outdoor barrel sauna with a stainless-steel ice bath that cools to 3°C and heats to 42°C.

Choose the sauna size and porch configuration that suits your space, then select a 1HP residential or 2HP commercial chiller to match how often the plunge will be used.

Why choose the Fusion & Ember package?

Fusion sauna configurations

• 2–4 person with porch: approximately 180cm W × 180cm D × 190cm H; 400kg.
• 4–6 person with porch: approximately 180cm W × 220cm D × 190cm H; 580kg.
• 4–6 person without porch: approximately 180cm W × 180cm D × 190cm H; 400kg.

Each configuration combines full-surround far infrared heating with a Harvia Cilindro 6.8kW traditional heater and up to 100kg of stones.

Installation planning

Prepare hard, level and well-drained bases. The Fusion sauna requires a dedicated hardwired electrical circuit—minimum 32A, with 40A and RCD protection recommended—installed by a licensed electrician. The plunge requires power and access for filling and drainage, but no permanent plumbing.

Assembly, electrical work, freight, access requirements and base preparation are confirmed separately for your site.

Care for both parts of your package

Use towels on benches and floor areas, clean without abrasive chemicals and maintain ventilation. Outdoor painted timber must remain sealed; renew the approved protective coating as exposure requires, typically every 12–18 months and sooner in harsh conditions. The policy excludes neglect, unauthorised modifications and return freight for defective components. Shared facilities and Airbnb use fall under commercial terms. Keep the chiller fully protected from rain and other weather, with unobstructed ventilation. Maintain sealed timber finishes, balanced water chemistry, clean filters and clear air intakes. Use a stable, level base rated for the filled tub and occupants. Filtration and ozone do not replace water testing, cleaning and the prescribed sanitising routine. Follow the manual’s electrical requirements; the warranty excludes extension cords, timers and non-approved surge protectors.

Separate electrical connections

The sauna and chiller need separate suitable supplies. The sauna requires licensed hardwired installation. The 1 HP chiller uses a 10 A plug; the 2 HP chiller requires a dedicated 15 A outlet. Ask your electrician to assess the combined site load before either product arrives.

Bath volume by chiller configuration

The current standard Ember listing gives 420 L total and approximately 270 L usable. The Ember Pro listing gives 440 L total and approximately 300 L usable. Confirm which tub specification accompanies your selected package; usable fill also changes with occupant displacement.

Manufacturer warranty

Sauna — Residential: cabin 5 years; infrared heaters, where fitted, 3 years; traditional heater 2 years; electrical components 2 years; stereo and labour 1 year. Commercial or shared use: cabin, infrared heaters and electrical components 2 years; traditional heater and stereo 1 year; labour 6 months. Ice bath — Residential: tub 3 years; chiller internal components and plumbing components 2 years; labour 1 year. Commercial or shared use: tub and chiller internal components 1 year; plumbing components and labour 6 months.
