Do I need an electrician to install a sauna?
Yes — all electric saunas require a dedicated hardwired circuit installed by a licensed electrician. You will need a minimum 32A circuit breaker (we recommend 40A) with an RCD safety switch. This is a straightforward job for any qualified sparky and typically takes 2–3 hours. We will send you the full electrical specifications sheet before delivery so you can brief your electrician in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary by product and your location. Australian metro areas typically receive delivery within 3–10 business days from order confirmation. Regional and rural areas may take longer. Your estimated arrival date is shown on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How is it delivered?
Your sauna or cold plunge is delivered by a professional freight carrier directly from the supplier's Australian warehouse. Delivery is to your kerb or garage — it does not include carry-in, assembly, or installation. We recommend having 2–3 people available on delivery day to assist with moving the flat-pack components to your installation location.

What base does it need — concrete, pavers, or a deck?
Your sauna needs a firm, level, waterproof base. Concrete slabs, pavers on compacted base, and structurally sound elevated timber decks all work well. The base must be perfectly level — even a slight slope affects door alignment and long-term structural integrity. We recommend checking with a builder or landscaper if you are unsure about your surface before ordering.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not provide installation directly. However we will guide you through every step — sending electrical specifications to your electrician, assembly instructions, and connecting you with any installer network our suppliers have in place. Most customers assemble with 2 people over a weekend with no prior experience required. We are also available by phone throughout the process if you have questions.
What is your return policy?
Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are assessed case by case. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, we will work with you and the supplier to arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you. For change of mind returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return freight costs apply and products must be unassembled and in original packaging.
