PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Enquire about the iCoolsport Ice Shower 10 for your planned cold-shower installation. Confirm the available model and its current specification with NORD SAUNAS before ordering.
Confirm the exact model
The manufacturer’s former Ice Shower 10 page now redirects to the Ice Shower 20. Ask NORD SAUNAS to confirm whether the 10 is currently available, along with its own throughput, dimensions, electrical rating, controls and installation requirements. Specifications for the 20 should not be used to prepare a site for the 10.
What to send us
Share your postcode, proposed equipment position, shower layout, water and drainage access, and expected number of users. We can check the model, connections, ventilation and delivery arrangements for your site.
Request model-specific advice or compare the Ice Shower 20.
Site and maintenance planning
Plan a level, load-bearing base, drainage, ventilation and service-panel access. Confirm the exact delivered model’s electrical rating before arranging an outlet; cooling capacity is not electrical input. Keep the equipment protected as directed in its manual and maintain water quality and filters according to use. For commercial premises, plan the required water-testing and cleaning records before opening.
Manufacturer warranty
iCoolsport’s standard warranty covers eligible defects for 1 year from purchase. It then supplies eligible replacement parts for a further year; labour and transport are not covered in that second year. Cover is for the original purchaser buying directly or through an approved reseller and is subject to the manufacturer’s conditions. Obtain approval before arranging repair work. These manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Contact NORD SAUNAS with your order number, serial number and photos for help with a claim.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which iCoolSport model is right for me?
The best model depends on your available space, preferred immersion position, number of users and whether you need cold, heat or both.
- MiPod Mini: Compact option designed primarily for one person.
- MiPod Pro: Deeper and more spacious for one or two adults.
- MiPod Pro Cedar: MiPod Pro performance with premium natural cedar cladding.
- MiPod Elite: Premium design with integrated water-management features.
- iSteel: Stainless-steel, seated one-person plunge with a lower entry height.
- Ice Shower 10 or 20: Controlled cold exposure without entering a bath.
Contact Nord Saunas if you would like help comparing the most suitable options.
Do I need to add ice?
No. iCoolSport Chill and Dual Temp systems use integrated refrigeration to cool and maintain the water automatically. Once the desired temperature is selected, the system operates as required without the inconvenience and ongoing cost of buying ice.
How cold or hot can the water get?
Current MiPod Chill and Dual Temp models can cool the water to approximately 4°C. Hot and Dual Temp configurations can heat the water to approximately 40°C.
Actual performance depends on the model, ambient temperature, placement, ventilation and whether an insulated cover is used.
Can the system be installed outdoors?
Yes, subject to the installation requirements of the selected model. The system should be placed on a flat, structurally adequate base with sufficient ventilation and service access.
Electronic components should be protected from direct rain, prolonged sunlight and other harsh environmental exposure. Contact Nord Saunas if you would like us to review your intended location before ordering.
Does it require permanent plumbing?
Most all-in-one MiPod and iSteel models do not require permanent mains plumbing. They can generally be filled using a hose and emptied through the supplied drainage connection.
The Ice Shower range requires a suitable mains water supply, drainage and professional installation.
What electrical connection is required?
Electrical requirements vary between Chill, Hot and Dual Temp configurations. Australian MiPod models operate on 220–240V, but the outlet and circuit must be suitable for the selected system and its wet-area location.
Nord Saunas can provide the relevant technical information so a licensed electrician can confirm the installation requirements before delivery.
How is the water kept clean?
Filtration equipment varies by model. MiPod Elite and iSteel all-in-one systems include integrated filtration, while filtration may be configured differently across other MiPod products.
The water must still be monitored, sanitised and maintained correctly. Regular filter cleaning, balanced water chemistry and showering before use will help keep the water clear and reduce maintenance.
Are iCoolSport products suitable for commercial use?
Yes, selected iCoolSport systems are suitable for gyms, recovery studios, wellness centres, sporting facilities and other commercial environments.
The correct model depends on expected daily use, the number of consecutive users and water-treatment requirements. Commercial buyers should speak with Nord Saunas before ordering so the most appropriate system can be confirmed.
What warranty applies?
iCoolSport products are supplied with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to correct installation, operation and maintenance.
Nord Saunas remains your Australian point of contact and will assist in coordinating warranty or technical-support requests with iCoolSport when required.
