A warm-water retreat finished in cedar
The iCoolsport MiPod Pro Cedar Hot combines a spacious 600-litre bath with natural timber character. Its built-in heater makes this a dedicated warm-water option for a home retreat or a planned hot-and-cold setup with a separate chilled bath.

What is included
Bath with integrated heater and remote touchscreen. Two internal steps are part of the tub. External stairs, ladders, covers and lighting are separate options unless itemised in your quote.

Does this model also chill the water?
No. This is the heat-only configuration. Choose a Dual Temp model for cooling and heating in one bath, or add a separate chilled bath for a two-bath setup.
What water maintenance is needed?
Confirm the filter and water-treatment setup for your exact order. Plan routine water checks, cleaning and sanitisation in line with the supplied instructions.
Is it suitable for a commercial facility?

Site and maintenance planning
Plan a level, load-bearing base, drainage, ventilation and service-panel access. Confirm the exact delivered model’s electrical rating before arranging an outlet; cooling capacity is not electrical input. Keep the equipment protected as directed in its manual and maintain water quality and filters according to use. For commercial premises, plan the required water-testing and cleaning records before opening.
Cedar finish and access
Confirm the required cedar finish, cover and external access-step options in your quotation. Timber requires ongoing care; keep air intakes, outlets and service panels accessible when positioning the bath beside a sauna or wall.
Manufacturer warranty
iCoolsport’s standard warranty covers eligible defects for 1 year from purchase. It then supplies eligible replacement parts for a further year; labour and transport are not covered in that second year. Cover is for the original purchaser buying directly or through an approved reseller and is subject to the manufacturer’s conditions. Obtain approval before arranging repair work. Do I need to add ice?
No. iCoolSport Chill and Dual Temp systems use integrated refrigeration to cool and maintain the water automatically. Once the desired temperature is selected, the system operates as required without the inconvenience and ongoing cost of buying ice.
How cold or hot can the water get?
Current MiPod Chill and Dual Temp models can cool the water to approximately 4°C. Hot and Dual Temp configurations can heat the water to approximately 40°C.
Actual performance depends on the model, ambient temperature, placement, ventilation and whether an insulated cover is used.
Can the system be installed outdoors?
Yes, subject to the installation requirements of the selected model. The system should be placed on a flat, structurally adequate base with sufficient ventilation and service access.
Electronic components should be protected from direct rain, prolonged sunlight and other harsh environmental exposure. Contact Nord Saunas if you would like us to review your intended location before ordering.
Does it require permanent plumbing?
Most all-in-one MiPod and iSteel models do not require permanent mains plumbing. They can generally be filled using a hose and emptied through the supplied drainage connection.
The Ice Shower range requires a suitable mains water supply, drainage and professional installation.
What electrical connection is required?
Electrical requirements vary between Chill, Hot and Dual Temp configurations. Australian MiPod models operate on 220–240V, but the outlet and circuit must be suitable for the selected system and its wet-area location.
Nord Saunas can provide the relevant technical information so a licensed electrician can confirm the installation requirements before delivery.
How is the water kept clean?
Filtration equipment varies by model. MiPod Elite and iSteel all-in-one systems include integrated filtration, while filtration may be configured differently across other MiPod products.
The water must still be monitored, sanitised and maintained correctly. Regular filter cleaning, balanced water chemistry and showering before use will help keep the water clear and reduce maintenance.
Are iCoolSport products suitable for commercial use?
Yes, selected iCoolSport systems are suitable for gyms, recovery studios, wellness centres, sporting facilities and other commercial environments.
The correct model depends on expected daily use, the number of consecutive users and water-treatment requirements. Commercial buyers should speak with Nord Saunas before ordering so the most appropriate system can be confirmed.
