PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Make room for shared sauna sessions. The ICON XL offers facing benches in a broad timber cabin, with a choice of glass door or full-glass frontage to suit the outlook from your garden.
Configure your package: the starting price is for the cabin without a heater. Select your heater and lighting options to see the price of your chosen setup.

Choose your heater and lighting
Select a Harvia The Wall 9 kW manual-control package or the 9 kW WiFi-control package. Choose No heater (cabin only) only if you are arranging a compatible heater separately. WiFi control is part of the selected WiFi package, not a standard cabin feature.
LED choices: No or two strips. Lighting and other upgrades shown in photographs are included only when selected. The standard timber finish is natural; darker painted examples show optional finishing.
Plan delivery and installation
Supplied flat-packed for assembly on a solid, level base. Allow additional space for the door, ventilation, assembly and service access. A licensed electrician must install the heater and confirm the supply, protection and clearances using the exact heater manual. Freight access may require a crane truck; confirm unloading arrangements before ordering.

Timber care and installation planning
Natural timber colour and grain vary. Maintain the exterior finish and roof system according to the cabin manual, keep ventilation openings clear and dry the interior after use. Use towels on benches and approved cleaning products. Before ordering, confirm the base loading, unpacking route, door swing, heater clearances and access for future maintenance. A licensed electrician must design and connect the supply for the exact heater selected.
Manufacturer warranty
Manufacturer cover: 2 years for residential use and 2 years for commercial use, subject to the product terms and correct installation and care. Any selected heater and controller have their own component warranty terms. These manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an electrician to install a sauna?
Yes β all electric saunas require a dedicated hardwired circuit installed by a licensed electrician. You will need a minimum 32A circuit breaker (we recommend 40A) with an RCD safety switch. This is a straightforward job for any qualified sparky and typically takes 2β3 hours. We will send you the full electrical specifications sheet before delivery so you can brief your electrician in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timeframes vary by product and your location. Australian metro areas typically receive delivery within 3β10 business days from order confirmation. Regional and rural areas may take longer. Your estimated arrival date is shown on the product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email. We will send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How is it delivered?
Your sauna or cold plunge is delivered by a professional freight carrier directly from the supplier's Australian warehouse. Delivery is to your kerb or garage β it does not include carry-in, assembly, or installation. We recommend having 2β3 people available on delivery day to assist with moving the flat-pack components to your installation location.
What base does it need β concrete, pavers, or a deck?
Your sauna needs a firm, level, waterproof base. Concrete slabs, pavers on compacted base, and structurally sound elevated timber decks all work well. The base must be perfectly level β even a slight slope affects door alignment and long-term structural integrity. We recommend checking with a builder or landscaper if you are unsure about your surface before ordering.
Do you offer installation services?
Professional assembly can be arranged for many of our products and delivery locations through our supplier and installer network. Availability and pricing depend on the selected model, postcode, site access, base preparation and installation conditions.
NORD SAUNAS can coordinate product selection, technical documentation, delivery and, where available, professional assembly. Licensed electrical, plumbing and site-preparation work must be completed separately by appropriately qualified local trades.

What is your return policy?
Due to the size and nature of these products, returns are assessed case by case. If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, we will work with you and the supplier to arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you. For change of mind returns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return freight costs apply and products must be unassembled and in original packaging.
